Need CRM Executive
- Maintain and update the customer database in CRM
- Follow up with leads and track conversions
- Handle customer queries via call, email, and WhatsApp
- Support the sales team with CRM data and reports
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports
- Record customer complaints and follow up for resolution
- Assist in new customer onboarding
- Maintain MIS and data entry in CRM software
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Prior CRM experience preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
