- Call customers to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Explain payment options, due dates, and company policies to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve collection targets set by the organization.
- Escalate difficult cases to supervisors when necessary
