We are seeking enthusiastic and committed fresh graduates to join us as ERP Implementation Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to ERP systems, client handling, and project execution. After the successful completion of a 1-month unpaid training program, candidates will be absorbed into a full-time role with an annual package of ₹2 LPA, subject to the completion of a 2-year service bond.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, MCA, MBA-IT, etc.).
- Strong interest in ERP systems and client servicing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client deployments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities (Post-Training):
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of ERP solutions for clients.
- Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Understand client business processes and translate them into ERP workflows.
- Collaborate with development and support teams for customization and issue resolution.
- Document implementation activities, training modules, and support tickets.
Terms & Conditions:
- A refundable registration fee of ₹20,000 is payable at the time of training commencement.
- The amount will be fully refunded upon successful completion of a 2-year service period with the company.
- Candidates leaving before the completion of the bond will not be eligible for a refund.
