About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive admissions and build strong referral networks for our senior living facility. The role involves field work, hospital tie-ups, and converting leads into residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and drive admissions for the facility
Build referral networks with doctors, hospitals, consultants and corporates
Empanel with Insurance companies and brokers
Conduct field visits and develop partnerships
Handle inquiries and counsel families for admissions
Organize site visits and convert prospects
Maintain daily follow-ups and reporting
Requirements:
2–6 years experience in healthcare / hospital marketing / senior living
Strong network with doctors, hospitals, or insurance agents preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and proactive approach
Willingness for field work
