About the Role
Skills Root Edu Tech Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program Manager to lead and manage CSR-funded projects across skill development, livelihood, education, and employability initiatives. The role involves end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, monitoring project outcomes, and ensuring successful implementation in line with donor and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of CSR projects.
- Develop project implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with corporate CSR partners, government departments, NGOs, implementation partners, and training centres.
- Manage and mentor project teams, including Project Coordinators, Trainers, Mobilisers, Placement Coordinators, and Field Executives.
- Ensure achievement of project targets related to mobilisation, training, certification, placement, and post-placement tracking.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide operational support.
- Prepare and submit project MIS, progress reports, utilisation reports, presentations, and donor reports.
- Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines, project documentation, audit requirements, and organisational SOPs.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Support proposal development, project planning, and business development activities for new CSR opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualification
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA, Rural Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in CSR, Skill Development, Livelihood, Education, or Social Impact projects.
- Experience in managing corporate CSR-funded projects and multi-location programmes is preferred.
- Experience working with government-funded projects will be an added advantage.
