We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Horticulturist to lead landscape maintenance and plantation projects while ensuring the highest standards of plant health, site supervision, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise landscape maintenance activities including lawns, trees, shrubs, gardens, and seasonal plants.
- Monitor plant health and implement proper pruning, fertilizing, irrigation, and pest control practices.
- Manage irrigation systems and prepare fertilizer and pesticide schedules.
- Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure work is completed on time with quality and safety standards.
- Plan and execute plantation and landscaping projects, including plant selection and sourcing coordination.
- Communicate with clients, address concerns, and provide improvement suggestions for landscape quality.
- Train and guide staff while maintaining discipline, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, reports, and project updates.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture management.
