Job Description:
What You will do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels to help identify the most suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring for critical positions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment within the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adjust sourcing strategies based on evolving business needs.
