Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Executive to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical research, preparing research reports, analyzing engineering data, and supporting various academic and industrial research projects.
The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work on multidisciplinary engineering assignments while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and technical research on engineering topics.
- Prepare research reports, technical documents, and project deliverables.
- Analyze and interpret engineering data using relevant tools and software.
- Assist in the development of research methodologies and project frameworks.
- Work on assignments related to Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, and other engineering domains.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain project documentation and research records.
- Ensure accuracy, originality, and quality of research work.
Required Skills
- Strong technical writing and research skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Technical Skills
Knowledge of one or more of the following will be an added advantage:
- MATLAB
- ANSYS
- Python
- AutoCAD
- GIS
- Simulation and Modeling Tools
- Data Analysis Tools
Qualification
- B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., M.E., or equivalent Engineering degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
