Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, schools, and corporate partners.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present the company's services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, education, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
