Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead research and development initiatives in our advanced R&D laboratory.
Qualification Requirements:
✔ M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years in leading R&D activities
✔ Experience in Chemical and/or Food Industries preferred
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research, product development, and process improvement projects
- Develop innovative solutions and new formulations/products
- Manage laboratory operations, testing, and validation activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and commercialization
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
