Position: Store Staff
Company: Sugartown Candy Factory
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve products as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
- Refill stock and arrange product displays.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Support inventory checks and daily store operations.
- Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.
- Work as a team to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 10+2 or Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
