ABOUT THE ROLE
Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K-12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to help drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with schools and institutional partners. The role involves lead generation, client outreach, meeting coordination, follow-ups and supporting the sales process from initial discussion to closure. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys building relationships and can represent the organization professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and connect with potential school and institutional clients through research, outreach, references and events
- Maintain an updated lead database and track prospects across different sales stages
- Schedule meetings, presentations and follow-ups with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and share relevant solutions and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal inputs, documentation and smooth client handover after closure
- Represent the organization in meetings, visits, exhibitions and other business development activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum requirement –Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, education, sales or a
- related field, 1 year experience in business development, sales, lead generation or client coordination
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups and meetings effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach
