Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support Desk Executive (Inside Sales & Sales Operations) to strengthen our sales operations and provide seamless support to the Business Development and Project Sales teams.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, handling documentation, maintaining CRM records, generating business reports, supporting inside sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth order execution.
This role requires excellent communication, coordination, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
· Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Sales teams.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
· Coordinate with customers regarding product enquiries, pricing, quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and after-sales support.
· Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution by coordinating with internal departments.
· Maintain complete documentation for enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer communication.
· Coordinate with logistics, procurement, finance, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
· Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and internal processes.
Inside Sales Management
· Handle inbound sales enquiries received through calls, emails, websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
· Qualify sales enquiries before assigning them to the Business Development team.
· Follow up with customers on pending quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
· Maintain regular communication with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
· Coordinate appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
· Assist in lead nurturing and pipeline management through timely follow-ups.
· Support customer engagement initiatives to improve enquiry conversion and customer retention.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and channel partners.
· Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and coordination.
· Maintain complete customer records and communication history in the CRM system.
· Support repeat business through timely follow-ups and relationship management.
Sales Administration & MIS
· Maintain and regularly update CRM, customer database, and sales records.
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management review.
· Generate reports related to enquiries, quotations, orders, sales pipeline, collections, and customer interactions.
· Track pending quotations, follow-ups, approvals, and order closures.
· Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business transactions.
Internal Coordination
· Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
· Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
· Escalate critical customer concerns to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
· Support management with business data, documentation, and analytical reports.
