To formulate and implement the growth strategies for the Machine Manufacturing Division.

To prepare the Annual Business Plan for the division and generate the revenue.
3.
To manage, develop & track key accounts to achieve growth & profit targets.
4.
To develop product & positioning strategies.
5.
Sales forecasting and set targets for sales team and monitor closely to achieve them.
6.
Evaluate, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales, client base expansion.
7.
Coordination with various functional heads at plant for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.
1.
Should have min 20 years of marketing experience and minimum 5 years in a Sr. position.
2.
Well versed in marketing to Automotive and Auto component industries.
3.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4.
Good negotiation skills.
5.
Should be willing to travel.
