Seeking an experienced and results-oriented Strategic Planning & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and develop effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills, along with proven experience in the textile, fashion, apparel, or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Develop promotional strategies for seasonal collections, festivals, and special campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, advertising, and branding initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Track and evaluate marketing performance through reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing Management, or Business Development.
Mandatory experience in the textile, fashion, apparel, or retail industry.
