Key Responsibilities:

Designing of Plastics, Sheetmetal and die-casting components.

Detailing and drafting, GD&T implementation and tolerance stack up.

Perform DFMEA, DFM and DFA.
-
Concept creation and development 3D & 2D maturation as per project requirement.
-
Customer interaction to understand the requirements.
-
Packaging studies of standard client products in customer application.
-
Close co-ordination with NPD team / Prototype analysis / root cause analysis.
-
Good presentation and communication skill to handle customer front end.
-
Work independently with minimum supervision.
-
Travel to customer location along with customer front end team.
Skill and Experience Required:

Education: BE/B.Tech. Mechanical.
-
Experience: 5-7 Years.
-
CAD Tool Requirements: UGNX.
