Core Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations, maintain employee records, and conduct exit interviews.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, handle grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and manage employee benefits and leave administration.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all regional labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Performance & Development: Assist managers in performance review cycles and coordinate employee training programs
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
