Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned geographic territory.
- Market Coverage: Conduct daily field visits to retail stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers to secure product orders.
- Distributor Management: Partner with existing distributors to monitor stock replenishment, ROI, and smooth market supply.
- Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure product availability, prime shelf space, and execution of company promotional schemes.
- Network Expansion: Onboard new retailers and dealers to increase numeric distribution and market penetration.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from the market and maintain clean credit discipline.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales trackers, daily visit summaries, and competitor market intelligence via mobile reporting tools. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
