Position:HR Recruiter
Location:Jaipur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Salary depends on experience and interview performance.
Qualification Required: BBA / MBA (HR preferred)
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in Recruitment or HR
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates from job portals & social media
Screening and shortlisting profiles Conducting telephonic interviews
Scheduling interviews with clients/managers
Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
Skills Required: Good Communication Skills Basic MS Office Knowledge Positive Attitude & Team Player Strong Follow-up & Coordination Skills
