Job Description
VIP Hair Colour Shampoo is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Chemist to join our Quality Control team. The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic/hair care products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
VIP Hair Colour Shampoo is a Chennai-based hair colour brand known for its shampoo-based hair colouring products and innovative ammonia-free formulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality testing of raw materials and finished products
- Conduct chemical analysis and stability testing
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
- Handle laboratory instruments and calibration
- Monitor product quality during production
- Report deviations and support corrective actions
Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Knowledge of QC laboratory practices
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Experience in cosmetics/pharma/FMCG industry preferred
