The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition best practices is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
