Automation Test Engineer (Selenium + API)
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and API Automation to join our team.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UI and API automation, strong Core Java skills, and experience in RESTful web services testing using Rest Assured. Domain experience in Banking/Financial Services (BFS) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
- Develop and execute API automation scripts using Rest Assured
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Create feature files, step definitions, and reusable test scripts
- Validate REST APIs including request/response and JSON data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
- Ensure quality through best practices and code reviews
- Support CI/CD pipeline execution for automated tests
Required Skills
- 6–9 years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), and API automation
- Proficiency in Core Java
- Experience with REST API testing and web services
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit
- Familiarity with Git or version control tools
Good to Have
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Basic SQL or database testing knowledge
- Experience in hybrid frameworks (UI + API automation
