We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Academic Sales Counselor to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Call inbound leads generated through our mobile app, YouTube channel, and social media campaigns to guide students and parents.
- Course Counseling: Understand student requirements and accurately recommend suitable courses (Class 12 Accounts/Economics, CUET batches, CA Foundation/Inter, etc.) and study materials.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads via Phone Calls and WhatsApp to ensure maximum enrollment conversion.
- Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to resolve student doubts regarding course validity, app features, and payment processes.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly enrollment targets and maintain an accurate daily call/lead tracker.
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- A basic understanding of the Commerce stream and exams like CA or CUET is a huge plus (Commerce graduates preferred).
- High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to earn through sales incentives.
- Familiarity with basic CRM tools, telecalling, or handling student apps is a bonus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
