Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with basic accounting functions. While we prioritize candidates with a foundational understanding of computers, we are happy to provide on-the-job training for our specific accounting and Excel reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions and inventory updates.
- Basic Accounting: Assisting with invoicing, processing receipts, and tracking expenses.
- Excel Management: Updating spreadsheets to monitor business performance and sales data.
- Documentation: Organizing physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- General Admin: Assisting with basic office coordination and communication.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (Commerce background is mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Experience: 1–2 years of office experience is a needed.
