- Manage complete accounting and finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, cash and bank transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances, ensuring timely filings, payments and reconciliations.
- Monitor project-wise finance and costing, including revenue, material, labour, subcontractor and other project expenses.
- Prepare and monitor project profitability, identify cost overruns and highlight financial risks to management.
- Manage cash flow and working capital, including payment planning based on business priorities and available funds.
- Monitor receivables and collections, prepare ageing reports and ensure timely recovery of outstanding customer payments.
- Manage vendor payables, including invoice verification, payment planning and vendor account reconciliation.
- Prepare financial MIS and management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, ageing, project profitability and Budget vs. Actual.
- Manage banking activities, including bank reconciliation, payment/receipt monitoring and coordination with banks.
- Strengthen financial controls and processes, ensuring proper approvals, documentation, compliance and continuous process improvement.
Experience: 5–10 years
Salary: ₹7–8 LPA
Qualification: Finance/ Accounting CA Inter/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
