About the Internship
This internship is designed for candidates who want to build a career in Business Analysis, Consulting, and Customer Success.
Interns will learn:
- Customer handling and software training
- Business analysis and consulting basics
- Client communication and presentation skills
- Customer success and business development activities
During the first few months, interns will mainly support customer onboarding and software training sessions to understand how customers use BeamInnovate products.
The internship is completely performance-based, and interns will be evaluated throughout the 6-month program.
At the end of the internship, the top 2 performers will receive full-time job offers from BeamInnovate.
Internship PhasesPhase 1 – Training & Customer Support (First 2 Months)
- Learn BeamInnovate products and services
- Conduct customer software training sessions
- Help customers understand product features
- Support onboarding and customer queries
- Improve communication and presentation skills
- Attend customer meetings and events with senior consultants
Phase 2 – Live Project Exposure (Next 3 Months)
- Work on live customer and consulting activities
- Conduct business and market research
- Support requirement gathering and presentations
- Assist customer success and business development teams
- Maintain customer follow-ups and reports
Phase 3 – Final Evaluation (Last 1 Month)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Communication skills
- Customer handling
- Learning ability
- Professionalism
- Contribution to business/customer success
- Overall performance during the internship
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer onboarding and software training
- Support customers in product usage
- Assist in consulting and customer success activities
- Participate in customer meetings and events
- Conduct business research and documentation
- Maintain follow-ups and customer records
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have completed graduation.
- Candidates who are still pursuing graduation should not apply.
- If a candidate attends the interview and is found to have not completed graduation, they may be sent back immediately.
- Candidates who have completed their final semester exams and are awaiting results can apply.
- Minimum aggregate score required: 60%

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
