Client Servicing + Business Development Manager
360° Brand Agency
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Client Servicing + Business Development Manager to join our growing 360° Brand Agency.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to pitch integrated marketing and branding solutions across multiple platforms for both Government and Corporate clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing
Manage and maintain strong relationships with Government and Corporate clients
Understand client requirements, marketing goals, campaign objectives, and brand strategies
Coordinate with creative, digital, media, production, and execution teams
Lead meetings, presentations, pitches, and campaign discussions
Ensure smooth execution of projects within timelines and budgets
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities from Government departments, PSUs, and Corporate brands
Pitch integrated marketing, branding, advertising, and experiential solutions
Create customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Identify opportunities across industries, sectors, tenders, and marketing categories
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers and clients
Drive revenue growth and expand agency business

REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in client servicing and business development
Understanding of advertising, branding, media, events, and marketing solutions
Ability to interact confidently with Government officials and Corporate decision-makers
Proposal-making and pitch presentation expertise
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
EXPERIENCE
2–3 years of experience in Government and Corporate client handling
Experience in advertising, branding, media, digital marketing, events, exhibitions, or agency business development preferred
Experience handling Government tenders and Corporate accounts will be an added advantage
