Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Blockchain Technology.
- Experience with distributed ledger systems and smart contract development.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
- Familiarity with consensus algorithms and blockchain network architectures.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance blockchain-based applications.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between blockchain platforms and existing enterprise systems.
