Skills Required
- Software Tester with strong knowledge of Testing and QA processes.
- Understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT for test case generation, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing approaches and automation concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and ability to design detailed test cases and scenarios.
- Experience in writing and maintaining test procedures, test plans, and test specifications.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate risks proactively.
- Understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including functional and technical aspects.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to provide regular project updates, reports, and follow-ups.
- Exposure to using AI tools for documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization is an added advantage.
Other Skills
- Knowledge of software specification, development, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance, and deployment workflows.
- Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java is a plus.
- Awareness of AI-driven development trends and tools is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies including AI and automation tools.
