Position Details
Role: CRM Executive – Customer Service
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Industry Preference: Jewellery Manufacturing / Diamond Jewellery
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
✔ Order Punching:
Accurately enter and manage customer orders in ERP/CRM systems.
✔ Diamond Coordination:
Follow up with the Diamond Department for stone allocation and availability.
✔ Production Follow-up:
Coordinate with the Production Team to track manufacturing progress and delivery timelines.
✔ Quality Control Coordination:
Ensure finished products pass QC checks before dispatch.
✔ Billing & Documentation:
Assist with invoice preparation and maintain order documentation.
✔ Internal Coordination:
Act as a key link between Sales, Diamond, Production, QC, and Accounts teams.
✔ Order Status Updates:
Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
Key Skills Required
✅ Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
✅ Experience working with ERP / CRM systems
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel
✅ Understanding of jewellery manufacturing workflow
✅ Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery terminology
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organization
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM / Order Coordination / Customer Service
- Experience in Jewellery Industry preferred
- Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
