Job Title: Associate Category – Management
Reports to: Associate Category

Role Purpose
Help in driving revenue growth of the assigned category by ensuring batch readiness, executing promotional activities, and managing cross functional operations. This role blends high ownership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver category targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate & timely product listings, flawless learner experience and smooth category operations.
- Execution of promotional and retention campaigns, webinars and other activities in alignment with category strategy.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, academics, support and other teams to resolve operational gaps and drive category growth
- Monitor category performance, KPIs and share actionable insights with the Reporting Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in operations and cross functional interactions.
- Strong analytical, executional and inter personal skills.
- Experience in Ed-tech industry is an advantage.
