We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to help grow bookings for AI Party Stay. The role involves generating leads, pitching our party stay and event accommodation offerings, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and building long-term client relationships. A strong candidate will be persuasive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and networking.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Promote party stays, villa bookings, and related event accommodation services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event planners, birthday organizers, college groups, and repeat customers.
- Follow up on leads regularly to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with operations and venue teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, follow-ups, and client feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups professionally.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and email tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage targets.
- Prior experience in hospitality, venue sales, events, or real estate sales is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, events, or client servicing.
- Graduate degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Gurgaon/Delhi NCR market is an advantage.
