- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate database and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Conduct background checks and reference verification
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
