About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our energetic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, skilled in campaign execution, and confident working across both online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MCKBYTES services.
- Generate, engage, and nurture qualified leads.
- Identify potential markets and target customer segments.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, events, and brand partnerships.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in marketing (digital and/or field).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both Tamil and English is preferred.
