Job Summary
KNS Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC sales. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of HVAC products and solutions and be capable of generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions to clients, contractors, consultants, and builders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new HVAC technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC Sales (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation, and other HVAC systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with experience in HVAC equipment sales, project sales, or channel sales are preferred.
