Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Ensure proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
