Job Summary:
We are hiring a Disbursement Officer responsible for handling end-to-end loan disbursement activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing as per company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan disbursements (MSME / Business Loans) as per approved sanction terms
- Verify KYC, agreements, and disbursement conditions before processing
- Ensure accurate data entry in LOS/LMS systems
- Coordinate with credit, sales, and field teams for file readiness
- Execute NEFT/RTGS disbursements within defined TAT
- Maintain daily MIS, disbursement trackers, and reports
- Ensure compliance with internal audit and regulatory guidelines
- Resolve disbursement-related queries from internal teams/customers
- Highlight discrepancies and process improvement opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in loan disbursement / operations in NBFC / Bank
- Experience in MSME / Business Loan processing preferred
- Good knowledge of loan documentation and compliance
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under timelines (TAT-driven role)
- Basic to advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Understanding of audit and compliance requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in NBFC operations (MSME segment)
- Familiarity with Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
