We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Resolve customer queries and objections
- Coordinate with field sales team when required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / telemarketing (Fresher with good communication can apply)
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly off: Sunday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
