Job Overview
Digital Brand Co-pilot (DBC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Phone Sales Representative to convert qualified leads into customers, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.
This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach and lead qualification to deal closure, payment collection, and customer follow-up.
During the initial three months of employment, candidates will be required to use their own mobile phone and SIM card for business calls. Based on performance and business requirements, access to CRM software, calling systems, and other sales tools will be provided after the probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and assess customer needs.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Present products and services effectively, handle objections, and negotiate pricing when required.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, proposal sharing, and deal closure.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding invoices or dues.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and conversion metrics using Excel or company-provided systems.
- Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, customer feedback, and revenue performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of qualified leads contacted
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate
- Monthly revenue generated
- Achievement of assigned sales targets
- Customer retention and repeat business
- Timely payment collections
- Accuracy and completeness of sales reporting
- Identification of new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Strong follow-up and payment collection skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to use a personal mobile phone and SIM card for business calls during the first three months of employment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
