The candidate must having knowledge in South Indian Cook. He is responsible for preparing authentic South Indian cuisine—such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, and various curries—ensuring high standards of taste, consistency, and presentation. He work in fast-paced environments like restaurants, hotels, or catering services, handling daily meal preparation and maintaining strict hygiene standards. The candidate must having 8-10 years of experience.
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, and chutneys.
- Plan and manage food prep and production to ensure timely serving.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and sourced appropriately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Create new menu items while maintaining the essence of South Indian flavors.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations during cooking and food storage.
