*Job Opening: Field Collection Executive – SBI Portfolio*
*Locations*: Chennai | Trichy | Madurai | Coimbatore | Salem Zone
*We are hiring experienced Field Collection Executives for SBI loan recovery.*
*Key Details:*
- *Experience Required*: Minimum 1 year in field collection/recovery, preferably with banks/NBFCs
- *Compensation*: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Plus Incentives
- *Employment Type*: Full-time
*Mandatory Requirements:*
- Own two-wheeler with valid Driving License
- Strong communication skills in Tamil + working knowledge of Hindi/English
- 10th/12th pass minimum qualification
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct field visits for collection of overdue EMIs for SBI accounts
- Negotiate and recover payments while maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain accurate daily reports of field visits and collections
- Achieve monthly collection targets as per organizational guidelines
