Experience:
3 to 5 Years Machine Building Area Fabrication
BE Mechanical with 3 to 5 years’ experience/Diploma in Mechanical with 5 to 8 years’ experience
Area of Experience:
- Machine Building with Fabricated structures/components; Knowledge in welds qualification; Knowledge in Heavy machinery fabrication with precision tolerance; General knowledge in heavy machining of components and assembly
- Able to understand SOP s (Process sheets and Procedures) and ensure it has been followed in fabrication/or the area allotted.
Responsibility
- Handling Complete shift operations, comprising workmen group of 20 person’s fitters/welders/helpers and able to handle entire fabrication and Assembly
- Responsible for manufactured items clearance from concerned department after processing. Ensure discipline in the shop floor.
Manager Fabrication:
Experience: 5 to 8 years in Machine Building Area Fabrication, Machining and Assembly
BE Mechanical with 5 to 8 Years’ experience/Diploma In Mechanical with 8 to 10 years’ Experience
Area of Experience
:
Machine Building with fabricated Elements/components; Heavy machinery fabrication, machining and Assembly and testing; Process sheet preparation for fabrication: Ability to understand precision fabrication tolerance levels and the ability get those achieved in the fabricated components.
Preparations of process sheets; SOPs for the fabrication and its implementation in the shop floor
Responsibility
Responsible for on time delivery of fabricated items/assembly as listed, by Organising manpower; shop floor work; outsourcing activities in consultation with planning; co-ordinate with other departments for hassle-free movement of components/assembly, meeting the quality requirement listed in the drawing/SOPs and clearing items for despatch ensuring all activities as per the budget allotted
Responsible for the discipline in the shop floor as per the Factory Norms
