Finance Manager reports to the directors of the company.
Responsible for managing cash inflows and cash outflows for the entire group.
Responsible for raising funds through banks and various financial institutions.
Responsible for managing interest expenses and revenues of the entire group.
Must meet bankers and relationship managers to ensure financing costs are as low as possible.
Must be able to analyze and make recommendations on the capital structure of all group companies.
Must be interested in the field of real estate and hospitality.
