Billing Executive / Cashier – Jewellery Showroom | Coimbatore

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive / Cashier from a reputed jewellery showroom who can handle customer billing accurately, manage cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service. Candidates with prior experience in jewellery retail billing systems will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Handle gold, diamond, silver, and coin billing with complete accuracy.
- Generate invoices, receipts, exchange bills, and order bookings.
- Process cash, UPI, debit/credit card, EMI, and bank transactions.
- Verify product details, weight, wastage, making charges, GST, discounts, and offers before billing.
- Perform cash opening, closing, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain billing records and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer checkout.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
- Ensure all billing procedures comply with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of billing/cashier experience in a jewellery showroom is mandatory.
- Experience using jewellery billing/ERP software.
- Good knowledge of GST, jewellery billing process, and payment handling.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is an added advantage.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Local candidates from Coimbatore will be given first preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Worked in leading jewellery brands or organized jewellery retail chains.
- Experience handling high-value billing transactions.
- Familiarity with jewellery ERP software such as JBS, Logimax, or similar systems is an advantage.
