We are looking for a Customer Support & Marketing to join our wellness team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our yoga and wellness programs, and ensuring a smooth experience for students and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide detailed information about yoga courses, retreats, and wellness programs.
- Assist customers with bookings, payments, and general queries.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements :
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support & marketing or client handling.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM tools).
- Friendly personality and problem-solving attitude.
- Interest in yoga, or wellness industry is a plus.
