Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks.
- Keep the reception and office areas organized.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant personality, disciplined and professional appearance.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
