Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales targets and expanding market
presence.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers,
influencers, contractors, consultants, and other channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective market penetration
strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and
customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales
initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare business reports, and recommend strategies for
continuous improvement.
- Lead channel development initiatives and ensure effective execution of sales plans
across the assigned territory.
- Represent the organization professionally while maintaining the highest standards of
customer engagement and stakeholder management.
Educational Qualification
- B. Tech/B.E. is mandatory.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is mandatory and will be highly preferred.
Experience & Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Field Sales and Channel Sales.
- Strong experience in handling distributors, dealers, influencers, contractors, and
channel partners.
- Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive sales targets and expanding business
within assigned territories.
- Extensive market knowledge with the ability to identify and capitalize on business
opportunities.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategy, channel management, and business
development.
Required Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
