Job Title: Design Engineer (Mechanical)
Position Overview: Responsible for development of design/drawings of various process plants using Solid Work, AutoCAD
Job Location: Greater Noida
Qualification: B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of experience in process pants, food industries, chemical industries, PEB (Pre Engineered Buildings), Steel structure
Experience: - 8 to 12 years of experience required as a Design Engineer
Industry: CED Coating Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
· Hands on experience in development of detailed 3D/2D drawings for automotive paint shop. (Sheet Metal, structural fabrication, Tanks, ducting, Pipe line etc.)
· Hands on experience and knowledge of plant shop equipment's.
· Fabrication drawing of ovens, painting, booths, air handling units.
· Fabrications drawing of spray and dip painting.
· BOM extraction from 2D/3D model
· Fabrication drawing of oven and booth panel and structures.
· Fabrication drawing of sheet metal components likes heat exchanger, ducting, storage tanks etc.
