Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage our technical infrastructure and lead the digital transformation of our premium sofa manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all hardware and software systems while playing a pivotal role in the implementation and management of our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities1. ERP Implementation & Management
- Implementation Support: Assist in the end-to-end rollout of the ERP system across departments (Production, Inventory, Finance, Sales & etc).
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for factory and office staff to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP.
- Data Management: Handle data migration, ensure data integrity, and generate MIS reports for management.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for any ERP-related functional or technical glitches.
2. Hardware & Infrastructure Maintenance
- Desktop/Laptop Support: Install, configure, and maintain workstations for the office and design teams.
- Networking: Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and internet connectivity to ensure zero downtime.
- Peripherals: Maintain industrial printers, barcode scanners (for inventory), and Plotters.
- Security Systems: Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance and Biometric Attendance systems across the manufacturing unit.
3. Software & System Administration
- Software Management: Install and update OS (Windows/iOS), MS Office, Antivirus, and specialized design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max).
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and monitor regular data backup procedures to prevent loss of critical design and financial data.
- License Management: Track and renew software licenses and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for all IT assets.
4. Vendor & Support Management
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and hardware vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology purchases to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, or Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
- Experience: 4–9 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- ERP Knowledge: Prior experience with ERP implementation is a major advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Hardware troubleshooting (Laptops, Printers, Servers).
- Proficiency in Networking (IP addressing, Firewall, Routing).
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Cloud storage solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, patience in training non-technical staff, and the ability to work independently.

- Site: Indian Compound, near Mankoli, Thane-Kalyan Bypass Road (Nasik highway).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
