BLACKBULL CHAMBER OF INVESTMENT is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Fundraising Consultant / Banking Consultant to lead the establishment, growth, funding strategy, and profitability framework of our upcoming NBFC channel and financial services ecosystem.
This is a leadership position intended for professionals who possess extensive experience in institutional fundraising, debt syndication, banking relationships, structured finance, NBFC operations, private capital raising, investor relations, and financial business development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building a sustainable funding structure, creating banking and investor networks, establishing operational frameworks, and driving long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute fundraising strategies for NBFC and financial projects.
- Raise debt and equity funding from banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, family offices, private investors, AIFs, venture funds, and institutional investors.
- Develop and manage relationships with senior banking officials, credit committees, financial institutions, and strategic investors.
- Structure funding transactions, loan syndications, project finance arrangements, and capital deployment mechanisms.
- Lead the setup and expansion of new NBFC business channels.
- Create profitable lending, financing, and investment frameworks.
- Develop financial products and funding programs aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Identify capital market opportunities and alternative funding sources.
- Prepare investment presentations, financial models, and fundraising proposals.
- Negotiate funding terms, security structures, interest arrangements, and commercial agreements.
- Support regulatory compliance and operational readiness for financial activities.
- Build strategic partnerships across the banking and financial ecosystem.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in banking, NBFCs, corporate finance, fundraising, investment banking, or structured finance.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully raising significant institutional funding.
- Strong network within Indian banking institutions, NBFCs, private equity firms, venture funds, family offices, and financial intermediaries.
